2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM)

​Our 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Sunday, August 18th at 10am. This year our meeting will be hybrid.  You can join one of two ways:

• In-person – Cavendish Community Center, or
• via Zoom – our hope is that we will be able to offer Zoom participants a video experience, however this is our first time doing this so there is a possibility that it may be only seen via audio.

​Given the uncertainty of the Internet connection at the Cavendish Community Center, we recommend you attend in person if possible.

A copy of our presentation will be issued to all members in advance. If you have any specific agenda items or questions which you would like us to cover, please let us know by Friday, July 12th so that we have an opportunity to include in our presentation.
