​Standing Committees of the Board are as follows:

Governance (By-law & Nominating)

•  To ensure the by-laws are reviewed annually and updated if necessary, and to ensure nomination and voting of Directors is performed according to the by-laws
  

Finance

•  To ensure financial statements are prepared and reported annually and that the Board is apprised of the Corporation’s financial position

 Communications

•  To ensure that All Members are kept up-to-date in the affairs of the Road Group, and to ensure the views and concerns of all members are solicited and addressed, and to ensure oversight of the website and other tools used for communication with Members

 Government Relations

•  To engage municipal, provincial and federal levels of government to solicit grants or other services for use in maintaining the road system

 Road Team

•  To ensure the road, bridge and spurs are maintained in accordance with the By-law and corresponding Policies and Procedures.
