2023 Annual General Meeting

The 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on ​Sunday August 13, 2023 at 10 am. (This is the weekend after the Civic long weekend.)

By popular demand this year's AGM will once again be a virtual meeting held via Zoom. We have received positive member feedback on holding the meeting virtually. It benefits the entire membership by giving access to the AGM & voting to all members.

  • It's convenient and accessible from wherever you are.  
• Replay of the AGM presentation at any time
  • Members can review the entire meeting and all information at their convenience
• Provides the opportunity for ALL Road Group Members to vote
  • All 140 eligible members will be able to vote electronically on all motions presented at the AGM
  • Formerly, in-person AGM voting was only for those in attendance at the meeting
• All members can submit questions until July 30th
  • Questions will be responded to during the AGM or individually for questions unique to an individual 

The Ontario government has extended virtual meeting provisions for non-profit groups until September 2023. With the extension, organizations currently governed under the Ontario Not-for-Profit Corporations Act (ONCA) and other corporate Acts, are permitted to continue to hold virtual Annual General Meetings,  until September 30, 2023.
